1. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Digital Real Estate & Virtual Economy
In services like Hexagon Place, you may acquire virtual assets, such as "taking a place" (claiming an H3 cell) or holding digital currency. You acknowledge that:
- These virtual assets hold no real-world monetary value and do not constitute legal ownership of real-world property.
- We reserve the right to modify, tax, reset, or revoke virtual assets at any time without compensation.
3. Real-World Safety
For location-based games such as GlobeGo, you agree to remain aware of your surroundings and play safely. You agree that Hexagon Place, Inc. is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or death that occurs while playing our location-based games.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & AI Generation
When you build 3D creations, generate AI content, or otherwise submit content to our Services:
- You retain ownership of your original content.
- You grant Hexagon Place, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and modify your content to operate the Services.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains deepfakes, or violates our community guidelines.
5. Moderation & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hexagon Place, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
